Building 25 recruitment websites within 7 days itself was a big challenge for our IT Team. We not only completed the task but also fulfilled the technical requirements of the clients. Our IT Team consist of only 6 members. But because of our automation platform and hard work of our IT Team we could achieve this task. There are overall 1200 overseas recruitment consultancies in India. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has made it mandatory for them to create dynamic websites. We approached these companies and on boarded some of them as our clients.
Among the 25 websites some of the websites were complex to make. Our IT team took up the task and within a short span of time they made the website function. The main module of these websites is Job Manager which includes Post Jobs, Job List and Job Overview in which the client can post a Job and it will get displayed on the client’s website. Another module in the websites is the CMS. With the help of CMS clients can manage the context of the website. Which means they can make further changes in the content of the website by themselves.
